Josh Woodruff

Josh Woodruff is the creator of the Agentic Trust Framework, the first Zero Trust governance specification purpose-built for AI agents, and Founder and CEO of MassiveScale.AI. Within 30 days of publishing the framework through the Cloud Security Alliance, a Microsoft engineering team built a full agent governance toolkit against the spec and a Berlin-based AI lab submitted production implementations across all five core elements. Josh is a CSA Research Fellow, co-chairs the CSA Zero Trust Working Group, and serves as IANS Research Faculty. His book "Agentic AI + Zero Trust: A Guide for Business Leaders" features a foreword by John Kindervag, creator of Zero Trust. He brings nearly 30 years of security leadership and helps regulated enterprises get AI agents to production safely.
